Terry Farrell Firefighters Fund Patriot Day Memorial Climb

Our Mission

In 2026, we will take on a powerful and symbolic challenge: climbing 110 floors, the height of the World Trade Centre towers to honour the 343 firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.

Our mission is to unite 343 firefighters, representing all different fire and rescue service up and down the UK and Ireland, in a collective act of remembrance and solidarity. Together, we will take part in the Terry Farrell Firefighters Fun Climb at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia, a pre-planned event that brings firefighters together from across the U.S. and around the world. This is a unique opportunity to stand shoulder to shoulder with our international firefighting family, sharing in a truly unforgettable experience.

This is more than a physical challenge. It’s a tribute to courage, a show of unity, and a commitment to support those who continue to serve. Through this event, we aim to raise vital funds for three incredible causes:

  • The Terry Farrell Firefighters Fund – supporting firefighters and their families in the U.S.
  • The Fire Fighters Charity – providing life-changing support to UK firefighters and their loved ones.
  • Blue Light Card Foundation – championing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of the entire Blue Light Community, including health, emergency, social care, and armed forces personnel, recognising the vital role they play in society every day.

Are You a Firefighter Ready for the Challenge?

Could you take on the climb 110 floors in remembrance of that fateful day, 25 years ago?
We’re looking for dedicated firefighters to join our team for the 2026 Memorial Stair Climb.
